I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees.

FOREST BATHING IS FOR YOU

Whether you are seeking more quiet and calm or want to celebrate and play with family and friends -- be sure to include the trees! Anyone can benefit from a restorative Forest Therapy Walk. However, unlike a hike, there is no destination and it is not about learning the names of all the plants and animals. So, if you are looking to rack up trail miles or learn scientific names of the forest, an organized hike or a naturalist walk may be a better fit.

“What an amazing experience. Just being in the forest, disconnecting from it all and listening to what nature has to offer was a welcome relief to the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. In just and hour, I came away refreshed and refocused to get back after it. The best part is learning how to do this for myself as a skill for life and can do it almost anywhere which is especially rewarding since I travel frequently.”

— CHARLES, MASSACHUSETTS, US
